Hybrid HR Recruitment Administrator (Contract)

MBDA is seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Administrator (Contract) in Stevenage to coordinate interviews, manage diaries, and support onboarding using Workday and SAP. The role offers hybrid working with 1-2 days on-site per week and requires BPSS checks after offer stage.

You will liaise with managers, agencies and the HR team to ensure accurate data and timely processes. Flexibility for evenings and weekends may be needed to support events.
