Job Description

Wigan Council is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join its busy front-line team in the Borough. You will handle housing benefits, council tax, financial assessments and business rates, answering calls, emails and webchat/WhatsApp with care and professionalism.

We are committed to diversity, flexible working patterns and a supportive environment. The role includes weekend Saturday shifts on a rota, and is temporary for 12 months from start date.
