Hybrid Frontline Customer Advisor - Housing & Benefits

Wigan Council is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join its busy front-line team in the Borough. You will handle housing benefits, council tax, financial assessments and business rates, answering calls, emails and webchat/WhatsApp with care and professionalism.
