Hybrid Executive Assistant to C Suite Leaders

HeliosX, a fast-growing healthcare platform, is hiring a Junior Executive Assistant to support three to four members of the Executive Leadership Team from our London HQ. This full-time role offers hybrid working and the chance to work directly with senior leaders from day one.

You don't need prior EA experience; we hire for attitude, judgment and potential. You'll handle diaries, travel, meetings and confidential admin, building relationships across the business as the function grows.
