Hybrid Energy Claims Leader, Lloyd's & UK

AXA XL in London is seeking a Claims Manager for Energy covering UK & Lloyd's. The role leads the Energy claims team, overseeing coverage analysis, investigation, and resolution of claims, while managing relationships with brokers, clients and underwriters.

Based in London with hybrid working, travel may be required. You will drive technical oversight, coaching, and continuous improvement across the portfolio, reporting to Head of Specialty Claims and ensuring service standards and governance
