Hybrid Employee Relations Operations Specialist

ASDA is seeking an ER Operations Specialist to provide expert employee relations advice, predominantly by phone to line managers, and to manage end-to-end ER cases. The role sits in a hybrid setup with three days a week in Britannia House, Morley, Leeds, and two days remote.

You will need CIPD qualification (Level 5-7) or equivalent, strong knowledge of UK and NI employment law, and proven ER case management experience.
