Hybrid Employee Relations Advisor (10-Month Contract)

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor on a 10-month fixed term contract based at Milton Park, Oxfordshire. You will work with People Business Partners on performance management, absence management and wellbeing, providing consistent guidance to managers.

The role focuses on driving the performance management agenda, coaching managers, handling investigations, grievances and changes, and supporting flexible working arrangements.
