Are you a first-class or high 2:1 Humanities graduate from a Russell Group (or equivalent) university, with a strong academic foundation and a passion for helping students truly understand, not just memorise? Whether you're an early-career teacher or a recent graduate, this role is for individuals who combine deep subject knowledge with strong writing and a pedagogical mindset.

We're hiring a Humanities Educational Content Creator on behalf of a fast-growing, venture-backed EdTech company based in London. With over 80,000 monthly active learners already using the platform, you'll be joining a mission-driven team building the world's most effective personalised AI tutor.

No substantial publishing or EdTech experience required - we're looking for high-potential individuals who are curious, coachable, and excited to grow into the role.

What You'll Do

As a Humanities Content Creator, you'll work alongside educators, product designers, and AI engineers to:

Design and write curriculum-aligned content for GCSE, A-Level, IB, IGCSE, and International A-Level in subjects such as:

  • Geography
  • Business Studies
  • Economics
  • Religious Studies
  • Business & Management

Create engaging question banks, model answers, structured explanations, and scaffolded learning resources.

Review and refine existing materials for clarity, accuracy, and academic rigour.

Optimise content for AI-powered, adaptive learning systems.

Collaborate with the wider team to translate evidence-based teaching strategies into digital formats.

What Success Looks Like
  • By Month 3:You'll be reviewing and refining content confidently and contributing to team discussions on pedagogy and content approach.
  • By Month 6:You'll be creating new, high-quality Humanities content independently and integrating AI tools into your workflow.
  • By Month 9:You'll begin mentoring others and helping to drive strategy, peer review, and innovation within the team.
Requirements What We're Looking For

This role requires:

  • A first-class or high 2:1 degree in a Humanities subject from a Russell Group university (or equivalent). This applies whether you're an early-career teacher or a recent graduate.
  • Strong A-Level (or international equivalent) performance in one or more of the listed subjects.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for clarity, structure, and nuance.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a drive to improve student outcomes.
  • Passion for educational equity and innovation.
  • Enthusiasm for technology, even without a tech background.
  • Ideally, a PGCE or teacher training qualification.
  • Experience tutoring, teaching, or mentoring students.
  • Familiarity with international curricula (e.g. IB, IGCSE, International A-Level, AP).
