This role requires:

  • A first-class or high 2:1 degree in a Humanities subject from a Russell Group university (or equivalent). This applies whether you're an early-career teacher or a recent graduate.
  • Strong A-Level (or international equivalent) performance in one or more of the listed subjects.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for clarity, structure, and nuance.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a drive to improve student outcomes.
  • Passion for educational equity and innovation.
  • Enthusiasm for technology, even without a tech background.
  • Ideally, a PGCE or teacher training qualification.
  • Experience tutoring, teaching, or mentoring students.
  • Familiarity with international curricula (e.g. IB, IGCSE, International A-Level, AP).
What You'll Get
  • A career-defining opportunity to help build the future of education.
  • A role where your content will be used by tens of thousands of students globally.
  • Hands-on training and support to grow into the role - we hire for potential.
  • Hybrid work model: 4 days in-office (Fitzrovia), 1 day remote (Wednesday).
