Human Resources Business Partner - OPS Lead About The Role

We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner with real passion and experience to join our brilliant team at a genuinely exciting time. Ideally CIPD Level 7 (or Level 5 with significant equivalent experience) and evidence of relevant continuing CPD.

Providing strategic people partnership to operational leaders for their allocated services, shaping workforce strategy, enabling high-quality care through stable and empowered teams, and delivering expert advice on complex employee relations matters.

In partnership with service leaders, this role shapes the workforce and culture conditions that enable colleagues to thrive stable teams, clear expectations, fair processes, and strong values-aligned leadership behaviours. You will provide strategic insight, senior-level coaching, complex ER leadership and organisational design/change advice that helps services plan ahead, solve problems early and deliver excellent care.
