HR Advisor


Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive environment? We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to help drive the people strategy and support teams with expert guidance across a wide range of HR topics.


Your Role

As an HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to both employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive workplace culture. You'll handle a variety of responsibilities, from recruitment to payroll support, and play a key role in employee development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Personnel Administration: Manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Absence Management: Oversee absenteeism processes and ensure compliance with Dutch legislation.
  • Learning & Development: Assess training needs and support development initiatives.
  • Payroll Support: Handle Dutch payroll processing and assist with Belgian payroll coordination.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance review process and coach managers on best practices.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare reports on headcount, vacancies, and other key HR metrics.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law; familiarity with Belgian legislation is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and payroll systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Available for 40 hours per week.
