HR Advisor
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive environment? We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to help drive the people strategy and support teams with expert guidance across a wide range of HR topics.
Your Role
As an HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to both employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive workplace culture. You'll handle a variety of responsibilities, from recruitment to payroll support, and play a key role in employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Personnel Administration: Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Absence Management: Oversee absenteeism processes and ensure compliance with Dutch legislation.
- Learning & Development: Assess training needs and support development initiatives.
- Payroll Support: Handle Dutch payroll processing and assist with Belgian payroll coordination.
- Performance Management: Support the performance review process and coach managers on best practices.
- HR Reporting: Prepare reports on headcount, vacancies, and other key HR metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law; familiarity with Belgian legislation is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and payroll systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Available for 40 hours per week.
