Join our team X Mobility (IMA) and become X partner for client companies role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in HR, work with diverse teams, and contribute to global mobility programs.Context and Environment:As an Mobility you will in a dynamic, environment, supporting a diverse of mobile and remotely with employees, subsidiaries, and head office contacts across multiple countriesDeliver outstanding service by ensuring high-quality management and HR supportAct as a trusted partner to clients, proactively addressing needs and ensuring a smooth assignment experiencePlay a key role in enhancing client and strengthening the company s for excellence in mobilityKey Responsibilities:Payroll & Management:Process monthly payroll for mobile employees using Proconcept (ERP)Record all employee and payroll elements, including salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances, and expense reportsPerform X and adjustments; payslips and with Accounting as neededManage post-payroll reporting (social security, subsidiary reporting, internal lists)Prepare and cost analyses in compliance with client mobility HR & Mobility the full lifecycle of assignments: hiring, assignment changes, and contract employment contracts and ensure proper and monitoring of employee contractsConduct onboarding meetings with employeesManage social security and required offboarding, including letters, final settlements, social security closure, and salary compliance with mobility policies and issues to your managerRequired Profile:We are looking for a professional who combines technical HR expertise with strong interpersonal skills:Minimum 2 years of experience in Switzerland in payroll establishment and managementPersonnel Assistant (Federal HR Management Diploma X asset)Excellent command of French and English (fluent English required)Several years experience in HR management, including social insurance and Swiss labour law (experience in is a plus)Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and to detailExcellent resilience under stress in a multidisciplinary, client-focused environmentWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentTeam X with the ability to work independentlyWhy This Role an IMA, you are the central point of contact for clients and employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality mobility experience.
