Job Description

This role is a 12 month fixed term opportunity in our Dublin office for a Human Resources professional to support the business locally and globally alongside the Senior Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Ireland HR Lead in the execution of initiatives and projects.
  • Identify and develop employee engagement programmes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in our HR Centres of Expertise to coordinate and oversee a broad range of people processes that underpin our talent strategy.
  • Develop strong business relationships to become a trusted advisor on all people related topics and issues.
  • Analyse internal and external data for trends and patterns to help inform business decisions and support talent programmes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; CIPD membership preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
