About Our Client

PageGroup are excited to partner with a leading FMCG organisation to appoint for an exciting and pivotal HR Policy Partner role to join a growing HR function. The organisation is a highly successful UK wide business. The role will suit applicants based in the Midlands but prepared to do UK wide travel as business needs require. This role can offer a hybrid working model - Circa 1 2 days per week visiting sites around the UK.

Job Description

Working as part of a national HR team, the role of HR Policy Partner is a pivotal role to develop and implement inclusive and compliant People Policies to this successful, unionised FMCG business.

This will include but not limited to

  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies to align with organisational goals and changes to legislation
  • Ensure compliance with changes to employment law
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote best practices in employee relations
  • Monitor and analyse employee relations trends to inform decision making
  • Manage complex and evolving HR policy related projects
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to implement and embed policy changes
  • Support consultation and engagement with Trade Unions on policy change
The Successful Applicant

Ideally you will have a proven background in the FMCG sector, preferable within a large, complex organisation. You will have worked in Unionised environments and be comfortable with UK wide travel to suit business needs, circa 1 2 days per week onsite.
