Job Description

Cpl HR Recruitment have an opportunity for an experienced Senior HR professional to step into a high impact interim leadership role within a large, complex care environment for a 10 month contract. This role is ideal for a confident HR leader who thrives in industrial relations, HR strategy and senior stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all industrial and employee relations activity, providing data driven insight and pragmatic recommendations to support a positive partnership culture.
  • Act as organisational lead on disciplinary, grievance, Trust in Care and Dignity at Work matters, including investigations and hearings.
  • Provide senior HR leadership support to Health & Social Care Professionals and designated operational areas.
  • Drive delivery of the HR Strategy aligned to organisational objectives.
  • Oversee workforce planning, HR budgeting and monitoring of expenditure.
  • Lead HR performance management, including absenteeism, agency usage, census data and KPI reporting.
  • Champion best in class HR standards, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Lead wellbeing and wellness initiatives, including staff engagement surveys.
  • Programme manage people development initiatives including leadership, people management and coaching supports.
  • Support senior recruitment processes and represent the organisation with external bodies as required.
About You
  • Proven senior HR leadership experience in a highly regulated or unionised environment.
  • Strong expertise in industrial relations, complex case management and organisational change in Ireland
  • Commercially astute with experience in workforce planning and HR metrics.
  • Credible, resilient and confident operating at executive and board level.
  • Background in healthcare, care, public or not for profit sectors highly desirable.
  • Degree in HR or other related subject
  • CIPD qualified
