Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced TA specialist for a full-time, fixed-term contract based in Kilkenny, Ireland. This role involves full cycle recruitment, managing a high volume of applications primarily in life sciences, finance, and business support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of recruitment experience and a strong background in sourcing. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR, and utilize an ATS system, ideally Workday, to manage recruitment processes effectively. This position requires being onsite four days a week.
