About the role As an HR Manager, you will join a small team of two and play a key role in personnel management. The company is present in several cantons. We offer a role in a rapidly growing company, with the stability of daily use of your German with the new branch in German-speaking Switzerland. Working environment: Responsible for managing the lifecycle of amendments and employee files. Ensure rigorous monitoring of absences, vacations, and social insurance (sickness, accident, etc.) and actively participate in monthly occasional travels to sites in German-speaking Switzerland. We are looking for: Good knowledge of HR management. Good French language skills (oral and written). Advanced knowledge of German (minimum B2). Good knowledge of the Office Suite. Proficiency in Abacus software is a plus. It is appreciated if you have knowledge of Select Line software.
