Role Overview We are seeking a detail oriented Data Processor to join our People Team on a 6month contract to support critical HR and pay data activities. This role will play a key part in preparing and validating payroll, HR and reward datasets to support EU Pay Transparency Directive (EU PTD) readiness and related data initiatives to support critical HR and pay data activities.The successful candidate will work closely with People Operations, Payroll, Reward and internal stakeholder teams to ensure high quality, compliant and accurate data across HR systems, with a strong focus on data integrity, testing and governance. Key Responsibilities HR & Pay Data Management Compile and consolidate payroll, HR and reward data from multiple jurisdictions to support EU Pay Transparency Directive planning and readiness. Support the creation of pay transparency data models, including pay level data and job comparison logic. Assist with the preparation of pay, job classification, comparator group and gender based reporting datasets. based reporting datasets Data Processing & Quality Assurance Clean, validate and prepare HR datasets for upload into Workday, including the preparation and quality assurance of PRISM templates. Conduct detailed data validation and reconciliation to confirm the accuracy of HR, payroll and reward data testing. Identify data gaps, anomalies and risks, working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently. Testing & User Acceptance Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on pay data analyser tools linked to EU PTD requirements, logging defects and tracking issues through to resolution. Tracking, Reporting & Governance Maintain progress trackers to monitor data readiness, testing outcomes and outstanding actions. Ensure strict adherence to data governance standards, GDPR and confidentiality requirements across all payroll and HR datasets. Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining accurate documentation and clear data trails. Skills & Experience Essential Experience working in a data processing, HR data, payroll, reward or people analytics role. Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to validate, reconcile and quality check complex datasets. Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and structured data templates. Confidence managing and executing data testing and UAT activities. Strong organisational skills with the ability to track progress and manage multiple data tasks simultaneously. Solid understanding of data protection, GDPR and confidentiality requirements. Desirable Exposure to similar regulatory data requirements. Experience working with payroll and HR data across multiple jurisdictions. Advanced Excel or data handling skills. Key Attributes Highly detail focused and methodical. Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential data. Proactive problem solver who can identify risks and data issues early. Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross functional stakeholders.
