The Opportunity:
We are looking for an organised individual to take accurate meeting notes to support formal HR investigations and hearing panels for case management, including grievance, disciplinary and appeals against dismissals.
This post is Guaranteed Hours (100 hours minimum per year). It's a hybrid role, requiring both working from home and on University campuses.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Flexibility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in writing and in person, exercising discretion and diplomacy, respect and confidentiality.
- Organisation and strong time management skills.
- Ideally, previous experience in note taking.
