Learn more about Moneycorp's offerings, global footprint, and capabilities: About Us moneycorp Who You Are / Your Next Challenge We seek an experienced HR Business Partner to support European markets, focusing on Ireland, France, Spain, and Gibraltar. This role can be based in either London or Dublin. You will manage a central service team of 4 in Coventry and London. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle in your markets, including talent management, engagement, and regional planning. You will also collaborate on group projects within the broader HR structure. Skills and Experience Needed
  • Senior HR or HR Manager experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
  • Preferred: Experience in a private-equity-backed business
  • Experience in a sales-driven environment
  • Team management experience
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and EU markets (Ireland, Spain, France, Gibraltar)
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Budget management experience
  • Experience in regulated environments
  • Proficiency in HR data and statistics management
  • Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) - desirable
  • CIPD qualification
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills
  • Analytical and investigative skills
This is a full-time, permanent role, primarily office-based in London or Dublin, with an agile policy allowing up to 2 days remote work.
