Job Description

The position is within the HR team of a major international organization and supports the development of a skilled, future-ready workforce. The role focuses on recruitment, staff development and retention processes aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.



Responsibilities

  • Drive and support the recruitment process for temporary and fixed-term staff, including organizing interviews and assessments, conducting reference checks and preparing recruitment reports.
  • Act as Secretary to Appointment Boards: coordinate interview panels, prepare documentation, draft and propose interview questions, record deliberations and ensure full compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Respond to candidate queries via the shared recruitment inbox and provide first-line support to both internal and external applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely execution of hiring plans.
  • Provide guidance to administrative colleagues involved in recruitment processes and perform related tasks as needed.


Profile

  • Completion of secondary education ; post-secondary training in HR or a related field is an asset.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, with a strong grasp of recruitment operations, tools and candidate engagement best practices.
  • Proven experience working with ERP and recruitment systems (ideally PeopleSoft and Taleo).
  • Fluency in English at a minimum C1 level (spoken and written) is required. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination and drafting skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High client orientation, discretion and the ability to thrive in a multicultural and team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt quickly to digital HR tools.


Benefits

Contract duration : 6 months, from 1 July to 31 December (with possible renewal)

Hourly wage : CHF 35.10
