About the Client
Our client is an established Construction organisation employing around 200 people and operating across multiple locations. About the Job
This is a varied HR & Training Assistant position covering the full employee lifecycle, combining hands-on HR administration and employee relations with responsibility for coordinating and delivering training. - Keep HR policies and processes accurate and up to date.
- Support health & safety administration, including PPE requirements.
- Prepare HR correspondence and reports, maintaining confidentiality.
- Build strong relationships with employees and managers across multiple sites.
- Assist with wider HR projects and office activities as required.
About the Successful Applicant
You will have around 3-4 years' generalist HR experience and, importantly, previous experience delivering or facilitating training. You'll be confident supporting first-line employee relations matters, highly organised and comfortable in an administration-heavy role. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport are essential. CIPD Level 3 would be advantageous, alongside a full UK driving licence for occasional site travel.
What You Will Receive in Return
You'll also benefit from a friendly, supportive environment and a varied role offering broad exposure across HR, employee relations and training.
