Production & Machine Operative Quick Start & Training

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives for a leading manufacturing company based in St Austell. The role offers immediate starts with full training and progression towards a permanent contract. You will work on rotating shifts to meet production targets and ensure high-quality output.

Ideal candidates will have good numeracy and literacy, and a positive, team-oriented mindset. Prior production experience is desirable but not essential.
