The Opportunity

As an HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees, you'll provide expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters while supporting the full employee lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries across the business
Providing expert advice on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
Supporting managers with recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and up to date
Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes
Supporting change management and organisational development projects
Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels

About You

Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Solutions-focused with a proactive and professional approach
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
