We are looking for a commercially minded and analytically skilled HR Business Partner to £65,000. This well-established company is seeking a professional with strong business acumen and analytical skills.

We are also hiring a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to £75,000. This role requires expertise in payroll management and benefits administration.

Details of the HR Administrator role are as follows:

  • Location: Ipswich (office-based, not hybrid)
  • Experience: 12 months in HR
  • Requirements: Strong educational background, proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Preparing job requisitions, offer approvals, and job changes within HR systems (SuccessFactors)
    • Managing reference requests and preparing employment references
    • Updating employee data in SuccessFactors accurately
    • Preparing contracts, new starter packs, and electronic employee files
    • Coordinating onboarding activities and induction sessions
    • Conducting feedback sessions with new employees
    • Handling documentation for employee lifecycle events
    • Conducting exit interviews
    • Building relationships with the HR community and supporting process/system education
    • Conducting pre-employment background checks
    • Supporting grievance and disciplinary activities
    • Assisting with payroll processing to meet deadlines
