The Role

Location: Leeds. Hybrid working (2 days per week at office, induction period 4 5 days per week).

Type: Full Time, Permanent.

The HR Administrator (People Services Administrator) will provide first class people administration support for the US Business, ensuring a consistent high quality service across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all team member lifecycle paperwork including offers, new starters, right to work checks, changes and leavers accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as an expert on the HR & Payroll system, ensuring accurate employee records and recommending process optimisations.
  • Respond to general HR inbox queries across multiple inboxes.
  • Deliver routine people reports to other functions.
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practice, standardise processes and challenge the status quo with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Build strong working relationships with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to maintain clear, consistent communication.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience managing HR administration processes linked to the employee lifecycle (offers, new starter paperwork, contract changes, leavers).
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment with fluctuating workloads.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong data accuracy and basic formula use.
  • Ability to produce reports using HRIS and Excel, including basic data manipulation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to different personalities and learning needs.
  • Strong ability to navigate multiple systems and databases with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated integrity, ethics, confidentiality, discretion and professionalism.
  • Highly organised, punctual and able to reassess priorities throughout the day while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting international markets or a shared services environment is desirable but not essential.
