The Role

As HR Administrator, you will provide efficient and accurate administrative support across a broad range of HR activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the HR inbox, responding to administrative queries and escalating more complex matters to HR Advisors or Business Partners
  • Maintaining and updating employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy for reporting and payroll purposes
  • Supporting the ongoing management and optimisation of HR systems (experience with HRIS platforms is essential; CIPHR experience would be highly advantageous)

  • Administering employee benefits, including processing starters and leavers and maintaining accurate scheme records
  • Supporting general HR administration across the employee lifecycle

You will support a group population of approximately 210 employees, contributing to a function that is working to enhance automation and enable greater manager and employee self-service.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and reliable HR Administrator who is confident managing multiple priorities and maintaining high standards of accuracy.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in an HR Administration role
  • Strong experience using HR systems (HRIS); CIPHR knowledge would be an advantage

  • Confidence managing high-volume administrative tasks
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • A proactive approach and willingness to support process improvements

What You Will Bring

  • A structured and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • A commitment to maintaining accurate, compliant, and up-to-date HR records
  • A team-focused mindset with a flexible and hands-on attitude
  • A passion for delivering efficient and high-quality HR support

If you are an experienced HR Administrator looking for a varied temporary role within a well-established organisation, with the potential for longer-term opportunity, we would love to hear from you!
