Job Description
Overview

Eden Scott are pleased to be supporting our financial services client in their search for an administrator to support their HR function. You will be part of a team delivering excellent service to colleagues in managing business change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service to colleagues while delivering with clear and concise communication.
  • Updating contracts and issuing these to the relevant employees.
  • Updating and maintaining HR database with a high level of accuracy.
  • Taking responsibility for their Case Management system and ensuring responses are in line with SLA's
  • General administrative duties to support the Business Change function
Required Experience
  • Previous experience in administration demonstrating a high level of accuracy.
  • Communicating in a confident manner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage workload and time efficiently in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Experience of running mail merges.
  • Sharepoint experience would be advantageous.
