Job Description
Overview 
Eden Scott are pleased to be supporting our financial services client in their search for an administrator to support their HR function. You will be part of a team delivering excellent service to colleagues in managing business change.
Key Responsibilities- Providing excellent customer service to colleagues while delivering with clear and concise communication.
- Updating contracts and issuing these to the relevant employees.
- Updating and maintaining HR database with a high level of accuracy.
- Taking responsibility for their Case Management system and ensuring responses are in line with SLA's
- General administrative duties to support the Business Change function
- Previous experience in administration demonstrating a high level of accuracy.
- Communicating in a confident manner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage workload and time efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
- Experience of running mail merges.
- Sharepoint experience would be advantageous.
This is an ongoing contract role that offers hybrid working with occasional travel to Glasgow that offers a generous hourly rate.
