Our not-for-profit client in Dublin West are urgently seeking a HR Administrator to join their HR team, for a 1 month contract. The successful candidate with have 1+ years' experience in HR administration, with exposure to background check compliance and excellent attention to detail. The company offer hybrid working with 2 days office based

RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
  • Provide administrative HR support
  • Maintain background check documentation, uptake records accordingly.
  • Ensure documentation is up to date and compliant
  • Any additional duties as required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • 1+ years' HR Administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
