Our not-for-profit client in Dublin West are urgently seeking a HR Administrator to join their HR team, for a 1 month contract. The successful candidate with have 1+ years' experience in HR administration, with exposure to background check compliance and excellent attention to detail. The company offer hybrid working with 2 days office based
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED- Provide administrative HR support
- Maintain background check documentation, uptake records accordingly.
- Ensure documentation is up to date and compliant
- Any additional duties as required
- 1+ years' HR Administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Experience working in an office environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
