Hourly Paid Lecturer in Carpentry

As part of the ongoing development and growth of the construction provision at our Folly Lane campus in Hereford, we are seeking to appoint to the following post:

Part Time Lecturer in Carpentry
Hourly Paid £28.40-£31.06 (including a payment for holiday pay)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Carpentry Lecturer to join our team. The role will involve teaching and assessing full time learners aged 16 to 19 who are enrolled on a range of Entry level, Level 1 and Level 2 Construction courses.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and practical sessions across a variety of construction courses, helping learners to develop core vocational skills in carpentry. Alongside practical skills, the role will also include embedding personal and social development, communication, and essential English and Maths skills to support learner progression.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with teaching experience (or the desire to move into teaching) to inspire the next generation of tradespeople and support learners in achieving their goals.
