Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests with check in and check out procedures.
• Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Ensuring guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well maintained.
• Responding promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests.
• Assisting with breakfast service, bar service, and other dining experiences as required.
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high standard of service.
