This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning instructions, and providing expert advice in the residential market.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and professional property valuations for sale
• Advise vendors on pricing, marketing strategy, and local market conditions
• Stay up to date with trends and activity across the Builth Wells market
• Prepare and present valuation reports in a clear, confident manner
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional service
• Identify new business opportunities and support office targets
• Assist with negotiations to achieve the best outcome for clients

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in residential valuations and listing properties
• Strong local knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised, professional, and target-driven
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
