Job Description

Kabannas is looking for a Full Time Sales Executive, ideally with contacts in the Corporate, Leisure and Educational sectors in the UK market to deliver mid week sales in to our Newcastle location. The candidate needs to be located in North East England. The role is hybrid, a mix of working at home and on property. Travel to other locations or events will be required.

  • You will play a pivotal role in driving accommodation revenue and building relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and other key stakeholders, alongside working with Sales Managers.

  • You will collaborate closely with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, demonstrating a proactive and responsive approach in addressing enquiries and resolving issues.

  • You will track and qualify leads using the company's CRM system.

  • You will meet and speak with new and existing clients, securing and managing new accounts by building and maintaining professional working relationships.

  • You will actively promote the brand a local events.

  • This role will focus predominantly on delivering revenue in to our Newcastle location. Your work will also support Liverpool and other locations as they join the portfolio.

Kabannas, () is an innovative, exciting new European hybrid hotel platform that is targeting £100m+ in acquisitions of micro accommodation assets across Europe. Kabannas' strategy is to expand its hybrid hospitality brand across 15 locations in European capital and cultural capital cities to service the underserved "ultra-affordable" hospitality market. Kabannas already has four property locations with an active property pipeline.


You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our Newcastle property. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, particularly within the Hotel industry or have extensive experience of Hotel sales both front and back of house.
A proven track record of driving revenue growth and you should be commercially minded, with a strategic approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, flexible and capable of taking initiative independently and also as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Strong interpersonal skills are also essential, as you'll need to collaborate effectively with other teams to develop a compelling sales offering.
You must have the right to work in the UK for this role.
