Are you currently working within a hotel in a guest-facing role and looking to move into reservations or build a career within revenue and front office? This could be the perfect next step.
Key Responsibilities- Manage guest reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmation, ensuring a seamless and professional booking experience.
- Handle calls, emails and online enquiries, providing accurate information and promoting the hotel's facilities to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with the front office and revenue teams to ensure availability, rates and guest requirements are correctly managed.
- You will maintain accurate booking records and ensure all details are clearly communicated across departments.
- Support in upselling rooms, packages and additional services, while delivering a high level of customer service at every touchpoint.
- Assist with group bookings and support wider administrative duties within the reservations function.
- Previous UK hotel experience is essential (front office, reservations or guest services preferred).
- A strong customer service focus with a professional and friendly manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident using hotel systems (PMS experience desirable).
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in developing a career within reservations, revenue or front office.
- This is an on-site role only (no hybrid).
- You must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Hospitality experience is essential to be considered for this role.
