Job Description

Kerry Robert Associates are working with a luxury hotel in Leicestershire, known for its exceptional service and high standards across the guest experience. Are you currently working within a hotel in a guest-facing role and looking to move into reservations or build a career within revenue and front office? This could be the perfect next step.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage guest reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmation, ensuring a seamless and professional booking experience.
  • Handle calls, emails and online enquiries, providing accurate information and promoting the hotel's facilities to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with the front office and revenue teams to ensure availability, rates and guest requirements are correctly managed.
  • You will maintain accurate booking records and ensure all details are clearly communicated across departments.
  • Support in upselling rooms, packages and additional services, while delivering a high level of customer service at every touchpoint.
  • Assist with group bookings and support wider administrative duties within the reservations function.
Requirements
  • Previous UK hotel experience is essential (front office, reservations or guest services preferred).
  • A strong customer service focus with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident using hotel systems (PMS experience desirable).
  • A proactive and positive approach to work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in developing a career within reservations, revenue or front office.
  • This is an on-site role only (no hybrid).
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Hospitality experience is essential to be considered for this role.
