Job Description 
- £12.71 per hour
- Permanent position
- Zero hours contract
- Full flexibility required Monday - Sunday
- Greeting guests arriving at the hotel
- Assisting with handling guests' luggage
- Helping to escort guests to their rooms
- Answering any guest queries, directing them to the correct department where necessary
- Helping to keep guest and public areas clean and tidy
- Working closely with other staff to ensure the safety of guests
- Assisting with room deliveries such as room service or extra amenities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to be a reliable team member
- An additional share of the service charge and tips every month
- 28-days holiday including bank holidays
- An additional paid day off on your birthday
- Complimentary stay at the castle after 3 months probation period successfully passed
