Job Description

• £12.71 per hour
• Permanent position
• Zero hours contract
• Full flexibility required Monday - Sunday
• Greeting guests arriving at the hotel
• Assisting with handling guests' luggage
• Helping to escort guests to their rooms
• Answering any guest queries, directing them to the correct department where necessary
• Helping to keep guest and public areas clean and tidy
• Working closely with other staff to ensure the safety of guests
• Assisting with room deliveries such as room service or extra amenities

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to be a reliable team member
