Histopathology Field Sales Specialist

Field sales role - full driving licence required.

Candidate must have knowledge of cellular pathology processes, either from academic studies or commercial experience, and B2B sales experience is essential.

Territory - The Sales Specialist will cover the South East of England, including London, Cambridge, Oxford, Reading and Southampton.

The Role: As Sales Specialist, the successful candidate will manage, win and grow key relationships within pathology labs and procurement in NHS and private hospitals across the region. Typical customers include Pathologists, Biomedical Scientists, EBME, Lab Managers and Technicians, as well as purchasing/procurement staff. You will build long term partnerships, manage sales processes that typically last months, and close deals.

The Person:

• Must have knowledge of cellular pathology processes, from academic or commercial experience.
• New business skills and hunter mindset.
• A scientific degree, e.g. biomedical sciences.
• An outgoing personality with excellent relationship building skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

The Package:

• Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 depending on experience
• OTE £10,000
• Choice of car or car allowance of £660 per month
