Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Highly Specialist Cardiac (Critical Care) Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in our cardiac care unit, demonstrating a collaborative and patient-centered approach. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy for cardiac patients in critical care.

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Pharmacist with relevant postgraduate qualifications.
