Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Primary School in Bexley

Start: After February half term Contract: Full-time, minimum 3 months Pay: £100-£140 per day (depending on experience)

Career Teachers are working with a welcoming Primary School in Bexley who are seeking a confident and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team after February half term. This is a full time position for at least three months, with strong potential for extension.

The Role

As an HLTA, you will:

• Provide high quality classroom cover across the school, from Early Years to Year 6
• Deliver engaging learning and maintain continuity in the teacher's absence
• Support pupils with a range of abilities and needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and senior leaders
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment

• Skilled in behaviour management and confident leading whole classes
• Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working across all primary year groups
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
• HLTA qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
