As part of our team, you'll work in a dynamic and multicultural environment that embraces open communication, collaboration and teamwork.If you're ready to take responsibility and shape the future of telco infrastructure with us, then let's level up in your career and reach the top, together.Your Responsibilities:You deliver key Health, Safety, and Wellbeing priorities aligned with corporate goals while maintaining strict compliance with national and international laws, engineering practices, and data protection guidelinesYou standardise risk management across operations and conduct regular supplier and workplace audits to maintain safety standardsYou lead thorough investigations into accidents to determine root causes and implement effective preventive measuresYou promote workplace health by managing employee welfare, arranging ergonomic workstations, and driving impactful wellbeing communicationsYou design and deliver comprehensive HSW training programs for employees and suppliers, ensuring new staff receive proper health and safety guidance from day oneYou manage KPI reporting, maintain supplier scorecards, and support the continuous development of ISO and international standardsYou champion a robust safety culture across all levels while collaborating closely with internal teams like Operations, Construction, Legal, and HR, as well as external partners.Your ProfileYou hold proven training in occupational safety or a university degree in a relevant disciplineYou have demonstrated experience with auditsYou bring extensive experience in a similar Health & Safety role, with a strong background ideally built within the telecommunications or infrastructure industryYou possess a deep understanding of HSW principles, regulations, and best practices, combined with practical experience working with ISO norms (such as 45001) and other international standardsYou exhibit excellent organisational and communication skills, complemented by a pragmatic, hands-on mindset and a collaborative approach to handling compliance and governanceYou are fluent in English, demonstrating professional proficiency at a C1 levelYou possess the willingness to travel occasionally to local markets to conduct audits, deliver training, and collaborate with teamsWhat we offer - Flexibility & Growth Opportunities:Flexible work: we offer a hybrid working model, which allows you to work 2 days per week from our Dublin office and 3 days remote.
