Opportunity

As Global Head Strategy & Operations Biosimilars you will evolve the global biosimilar strategy, ensuring organizational alignment to solidify our global biosimilar leadership. You'll enable governance and operating models to ensure clear decision making and accountability, and will be part of the global biosimilar leadership team.

How You'll Spend Your Day

• Track global market developments and translate them to business implications.
• Lead complex strategic projects requiring cross functional alignment.
• Oversee progress versus our ambition and address course corrections.
• Prepare and lead governance meetings to ensure efficient and effective decision making.
• Lead commercial planning processes in collaboration with regions (including planning assumptions).
• Prepare senior management and Investor Relations presentations.
• Act as a strategic thought leader for the leadership team, challenging the status quo.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional experience in the pharma/healthcare industry, ideally in biosimilars.
• Experience in strategy consulting preferred.
• Track record managing complex regional or global projects.
• Strong communication, organization, learning agility, and matrix leadership skills.
• Oral and written fluency in English.
