Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to support and maintain a business-critical cloud application during a period of transition within the technology team. This is a 6-month contract (inside IR35) with the possibility of extension.

The role focuses on ensuring stability, performance and continuity of service, working closely with internal users, external partners, and wider IT teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide L2-L3 support for a customer-facing application.
  • Act as an escalation point for access and usage issues.
  • Triage, investigate and resolve incidents within SLA.
  • Escalate complex issues to third-party partners when required.
  • Monitor ticket queues and manage inci
  • dents via ITSM tooling.
  • Perform AWS health checks, monitor alarms, and manage general application oversight.
  • Support maintenance, monitoring, configuration, and release activity.
Skills needed:
  • Experience supporting cloud-based applications
  • Experience navigating AWS
  • Knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting
  • Background with Windows
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
Length: Initial 6 months
IR35: Inside IR35
Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite per week
Start: Mid December or early Jan 2026
