Elevation Recruitment Group are working on behalf of a client to appoint anInterim Head of Transactional Financeinto a senior leadership role within a growing business.

This position will take ownership of the end-to-end transactional finance function, with responsibility for driving performance, strengthening controls and supporting effective cash management.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Transactional Finance:

• Lead, develop and manage the transactional finance team
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Set and monitor team objectives, KPIs and performance standards
• Ensure robust financial controls and process consistency
• Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes
• Support cash flow and working capital management
• Oversee month-end activities relating to transactional finance
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls and audit requirements
• Manage escalations and resolve complex issues
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

About you:

• Proven experience in a transactional finance leadership role
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Track record of improving processes and driving efficiencies
• Hands-on, proactive and solutions-focused
