Head of Total Reward - European Pay & Benefits Leader

Epassi seeks a Head of Total Reward to own job architecture, compensation, benefits, and pay transparency across our rapidly growing European business. You will partner with the CPO, People BPs, Finance and Legal to scale the reward function as we expand across markets, with a hybrid work setup and occasional travel to other locations.
