Job Description
PVH is seeking a strategic Head of Talent Attraction and Strategic Workforce Development in Nottingham. You will lead talent attraction, workforce planning, and the rollout of a next-generation HRIS, ensuring the right people are in the right roles with data-driven insights.
You will guide a high-performing People team, partner with stakeholders, and drive improvements across recruitment, onboarding, analytics and supplier management in a hybrid work setup.
