Head of Skills & Policy for Heritage Growth (Remote)

Historic England is seeking a Head of Skills to lead policy, qualifications and career pathways across the heritage sector. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working and some travel to office locations for meetings.

The role focuses on developing strategic plans to grow a skilled, diverse workforce and to support sector partnerships and policy influence. The candidate will work across government and industry to deliver impact.
